Booking & Payment Process
New Zealand Ski Instructor Programs
(Level 1 + 2 Certification Program & Level 3 Development Program)
Our application and booking process is designed to ensure that every participant receives personal guidance before committing to the program. Because our New Zealand programs offer several participation options and packages, we work closely with each applicant to determine the most suitable program structure before confirming the final booking.
This process allows us to provide individual advice, clear communication, and proper preparation for your time in New Zealand.
Below you will find the complete step-by-step booking process.
Step 1 — Online Application
To begin the process, applicants must complete the online registration form and pay the €150 Application & Management Fee.
This payment is completed through the “Apply Now” button on our website.
Applicants may apply for:
• New Zealand Level 1 + 2 Ski Instructor Certification Program
• New Zealand Level 3 Ski Instructor Development Program
The €150 payment allows our team to begin the application review and personal consultation process.
Step 2 — Application & Management Fee (€150)
The €150 Application & Management Fee confirms that the applicant is seriously interested in joining one of our programs.
This fee covers:
• processing of the application
• personal consultation with our program team
• guidance in selecting the most suitable program package
• administrative preparation of participation
• coordination with partner organisations and program providers
• individual support during the decision process
Important:
The €150 Application & Management Fee is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative and consultation work involved in managing each application.
Step 3 — Personal Consultation
Once the application and fee have been received, our team will personally contact every applicant.
This consultation normally takes place via phone call or video call.
During this conversation we will discuss:
• your skiing background and current level
• whether the Level 1+2 program or Level 3 program is the right fit
• your goals within the ski industry
• travel plans and arrival timing
• accommodation preferences
• course expectations and preparation
• visa or travel requirements if necessary
• the available program packages
This step ensures that every participant selects the most suitable program structure.
Step 4 — Package Selection & Payment Request
After the consultation, we will confirm the most suitable program and package for you.
Depending on the program, options may include:
• training-only package
• full program package without accommodation
• full program package with shared accommodation
• full program package with studio or private accommodation
Once the package has been agreed upon, we will send a Payment Request including:
• full description of the selected program
• services included in the package
• total program price
• bank transfer instructions
• company account details
Step 5 — Final Payment
The full program amount must be paid via bank transfer to our Euro account.
Because the program operates with limited capacity, places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A participant’s place in the program can only be processed once the full payment has been received.
Step 6 — Official Participation Confirmation
After the full payment has been successfully received, participants will receive an Official Participation Confirmation.
This confirmation includes:
• confirmation of the secured program spot
• program schedule and dates
• details of the selected package
• contact details for responsible partners and program coordinators
• important program documents and instructions
Step 7 — Program Preparation & Support
Once the participation is confirmed, participants enter the program preparation phase.
Our team will support you with:
• travel preparation and arrival planning
• accommodation coordination (if included)
• equipment recommendations
• preparation guidelines for the ski instructor course
• arrival instructions in Wanaka
• direct contact with instructors and program coordinators
Our goal is to ensure every participant arrives in New Zealand fully prepared and ready to start the program.
