Terms & Conditions – Progression Solutions FZCO

(Programme Facilitation & Agent Services)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Progression Solutions FZCO (“Progression Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in relation to ski instructor training programmes and related services offered by third-party providers.

Progression Solutions FZCO acts solely as an independent facilitator and agent connecting participants with programme providers. The actual training, accommodation, and on-site services are delivered by independent partner organisations.

By submitting a booking, paying a management fee, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ROLE OF PROGRESSION SOLUTIONS FZCO

1.1 Progression Solutions FZCO acts as a programme facilitator and agent assisting participants with programme selection, information, and booking coordination.

1.2 Progression Solutions does not operate or deliver the ski instructor training programmes directly.

1.3 All training programmes, accommodation arrangements, and on-site services are delivered by independent providers, including but not limited to Rookie Academy Lake Wanaka Limited (New Zealand).

1.4 Any contract for training services, accommodation, or other programme components is between the participant and the programme provider, not Progression Solutions FZCO.

2. MANAGEMENT / APPLICATION FEE

2.1 A non-refundable management fee of €150 is required to submit an application and initiate the consultation and programme selection process.

2.2 This fee covers:

Application processing
Programme consultation
Assistance in selecting the appropriate package
Administrative coordination with programme partners
Booking facilitation support

2.3 Payment of the management fee does not guarantee programme acceptance.

2.4 The management fee is non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law.

3. PROGRAMME BOOKINGS

3.1 After the initial consultation and package selection, participants will receive payment instructions for the chosen programme.

3.2 Programme payments are typically made directly to the programme provider or designated partner entity unless otherwise specified.

3.3 A programme booking is confirmed only once the provider confirms acceptance and payment requirements have been fulfilled.

3.4 Programme providers may have their own Terms & Conditions, waivers, and liability documents, which participants must accept separately.

4. PRICES & PAYMENTS

4.1 Programme prices may be quoted in Euro (€) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD) depending on the provider.

4.2 Any currency exchange costs, international bank fees, or transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant.

4.3 Programme providers may require deposits or full payments in accordance with their own Terms & Conditions.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

5.1 Progression Solutions FZCO provides information in good faith based on information supplied by programme providers.

5.2 While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, programme details including:

dates
schedules
pricing
accommodation
course content

may change.

5.3 Participants are responsible for confirming final details with the programme provider prior to final payment.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

6.1 Progression Solutions FZCO does not operate ski training programmes, accommodation, or mountain activities directly.

6.2 We therefore accept no liability for injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or damages arising during participation in any programme.

6.3 All risks associated with skiing, snowboarding, travel, and mountain activities are assumed by the participant.

6.4 Any liability related to programme delivery rests solely with the programme provider.

7. INSURANCE

7.1 Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive:

travel insurance
medical insurance
ski / snow sports coverage

7.2 Insurance should cover:

injury
medical evacuation
travel disruption
programme cancellation

7.3 Progression Solutions FZCO accepts no responsibility for losses that would ordinarily be covered by insurance.

8. CANCELLATIONS

8.1 The €150 management fee is non-refundable.

8.2 Programme cancellation policies are determined by the programme provider and will be outlined in the provider's Terms & Conditions.

8.3 Participants must review the programme provider’s cancellation terms before completing final payment.

9. TRAVEL & VISA RESPONSIBILITY

9.1 Participants are responsible for obtaining:

valid passports
visas
travel documentation
work or study permits where required.

9.2 Progression Solutions may provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approvals or immigration outcomes.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

10.1 Programme providers may capture photos or videos during training.

10.2 Participants may be asked to grant permission for promotional use by programme providers or associated partners.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

11.1 Progression Solutions FZCO is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

severe weather
natural disasters
government restrictions
travel disruptions
resort closures.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Progression Solutions FZCO and its jurisdiction of registration, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
