Application & Consultation Fee

 

To apply for the New Zealand Level 1 + 2 or Level 3 Ski Instructor Program, applicants are required to complete the online registration and pay a €150 Application & Management Fee.

This fee allows our team to begin the personal consultation and program planning process for your participation.

Because our New Zealand program offers multiple packages and options — including different accommodation types, training packages, and full-service programs — we first want to understand your goals, experience level, and travel plans before finalizing your booking.


What Happens After You Apply

Once the application and payment are completed:

  1. Personal Consultation
    One of our team members will contact you to arrange a personal call. During this conversation we will:

    • discuss your skiing level and goals
    • explain the available program packages
    • help you choose the most suitable option for your situation
    • answer all questions about the course, travel, and preparation

  2. Program Confirmation
    After we agree on the most suitable package, we will send you a formal participation confirmation including:

    • selected package details
    • final program price
    • payment instructions
    • contact details of all responsible partners and program coordinators

  3. Final Payment
    The final program payment is completed via bank transfer to our Euro account once the package and participation are confirmed.

Your spot in the program will be secured once the full payment has been received.


Important Information

The €150 Application & Management Fee is non-refundable, as it covers:

• application processing
• personal consultation
• program planning
• administrative management of your participation
