Refund Policy – Management Fee
This Refund Policy applies to the €150 management fee paid to Progression Solutions FZCO when applying for ski instructor training programmes.
1. Purpose of the Management Fee
The €150 fee covers:

application processing

consultation regarding programme options
-
administrative coordination with programme providers

communication and booking support.
This fee allows our team to review each applicant and provide personalised guidance regarding available programme packages.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
The €150 management fee is non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
This is because administrative work and consultation services begin immediately after the application is submitted.
3. Programme Payments
Payments for the training programme itself are separate from the €150 management fee.
Programme payments are made directly to the programme provider or partner organisation.
Refund and cancellation policies for programme fees are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the programme provider, such as Rookie Academy Lake Wanaka Limited.
4. Application Outcome
Payment of the management fee does not guarantee programme acceptance, visa approval, or eligibility for instructor certification.
The fee covers the consultation and facilitation process only.
